Make better product decisions with
what your organization has already learned.

Your organization already knows more than you think. Leeway turns the siloed customer conversations, documents, and team discussions into structured decision-making evidence, helping leaders spot opportunities earlier and avoid expensive investments to relearn what the organization has already learned.

The Product

The system for continuous discovery and decisions backed by evidence

01 - Decision memory

Don't waste resources learning the same thing twice

Organizational memory is notoriously short. Valuable insights gathered for a specific project stay trapped serving only that short-term goal. Leeway compounds that context to inform future bets, building a memory of every decision and evidence behind them.

02 - Continuous discovery

Market exploration running on autopilot.

Dedicated research sprints are expensive and regularly get sidelined by daily execution. Leeway works continuously in the background to connect signals across sales calls, chats, and docs into an evolving view of emerging patterns and evidence to make the right strategic bets.

03 - Zero workflow friction

Don’t ask revenue teams to do the product’s homework

Existing discovery tools ask employees to pause their work and manually input data for hypothetical future benefit. Leeway turns market exploration from a resource-heavy process into a continuous background activity, plugging into tools that your teams already use.

A word from the founder

“I founded Leeway to tackle a problem I saw playing over and over in companies I worked at: despite trying all kinds of processes to better sync knowledge between sales and product teams, the link remained weak. Sales didn’t really have time to synthesize their insights for the product team, and product team was lost in a sea of scattered requests and conversations.

Often companies implemented a lazy approach, pointing the product teams to the folder where recordings of customer calls lived, but no one actually took time to watch them. Product teams, without a clear understanding of why a feature was important, steered towards firefighting with small and ad-hoc requests that barely moved the company forward.

I built Leeway on two main principles. Firstly, I wanted to be extremely opinionated about how decision-making and communication channels should be synced across teams. The market has just too many unopinionated AI tools that offer maximum flexibility, trying to enable everything. Secondly, I wanted to respect how difficult it is to add even tiny additional friction to people’s workflows. I’ve seen even good teams constantly underestimate how difficult this is, and that’s why the frictionless integration to existing workflows is a key value of Leeway.”
